Jai Durga Sankirtan Mandal, Adelaide (South Australia), is non-profit organisation which does Mata’s chowkis and Jagrans.
A small baby step taken 5 years back has now taken a long and meaningful stride in the direction of infusing a vibrant cultural religious
and social upliftment of our community’s mood and moral well-being.

- Start language classes for the younger generation of the community.
- Undertake charitable projects for the overall benefit of the community.
- To celebrate Hindu festivals with a religious and social ambience.
- To provide our community with a permanent place of worship.
Empowering Hindu Community
We seek the blessing of Maa Durga to help us translate this mood of our community into our cherished dream of having a temple and community centre of our own where the community can sit, meditate and invoke the blessing of Maa Bhagwati along with involving the younger generation of Australian Indians into Indian culture. We hope and pray that this pious wish of ours is granted by HER.
Established in 2012, now growing to a 500 strong community.
